Parents should understand what children will actually do, why the practices are being introduced, and what the program does not claim to do. Communication should explain: * age group and session frequency * examples of activities * educational and wellbeing objectives * voluntary and inclusive approach * how safeguarding is handled * how families can ask questions or raise concerns ## What parent communication should cover A clear school note should explain: * what mindfulness means in the school context * what children will actually do * how long sessions last * whether participation is optional * how practices are adapted by age * what the program does not claim to treat * who parents can contact with questions Use practical, secular language.
