The public knowledge centre should avoid collecting unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Future AI tools should be designed so that users are not encouraged to disclose confidential medical, safeguarding, or identifying information. Any form or account feature that does collect data should have a clear purpose, retention approach, access controls, and privacy notice. ## Good privacy practice Collect only the information needed for the stated purpose.
