# Corporate Program Planning Checklist

A planning checklist for HR, L\&D, leaders, and THC facilitators before a workplace mindfulness program.

Use this checklist before launching a workplace mindfulness or awareness program.

## Define the purpose

Choose specific goals such as:

* stress awareness
* attention
* communication
* recovery
* leadership presence
* team reflection

Avoid vague promises such as “eliminate burnout.”

## Understand the audience

* role mix
* seniority
* location
* time zones
* remote or on-site format
* prior mindfulness experience
* cultural and language considerations

## Protect participation

* make expectations clear
* avoid compulsory personal disclosure
* provide eyes-open options
* avoid spiritual assumptions
* clarify confidentiality boundaries

## Align the format

Choose between:

* half-day workshop
* full-day retreat
* six-week cohort
* ongoing embedded program

## Plan measurement

Decide in advance:

* what will be measured
* when
* who sees the data
* how privacy will be protected
* what conclusions the data can and cannot support

## Address organisational conditions

Mindfulness should not be used to distract from workload, management, safety, or culture problems that require structural action.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.theholisticcare.com/knowledge/practical-checklists/corporate-program-planning-checklist.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
