PanchaVikas uses Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space as experiential themes for holistic development. The framework is not designed to test whether a child memorises symbolic meanings. It is designed to support practical capacities that can appear across activities and age groups. ## Core learning outcomes ### Body and sensory awareness Children notice movement, posture, breath, sound, texture, and physical signals. ### Emotional literacy Children gradually learn to identify, describe, and respond to feelings. ### Attention Children practise returning attention through nature, sound, movement, breathing, observation, and creative tasks. ### Flexibility Activities encourage adaptation, curiosity, and tolerance of changing experience. ### Confidence and agency Children are invited to participate, make choices, create, reflect, and express themselves. ### Connection The framework can support empathy, cooperation, care for nature, and respect for others. ### Mindful awareness Children learn to notice experience before reacting automatically. ## Outcomes should progress by age Nursery, LKG, UKG, primary, and older learners should not be assessed against the same expectations.
