A quick decision guide for selecting games, audio, whitepapers, research, articles, or printable material.

THC offers several types of free resources. Start with the format that matches the question.

## “I want to practise now.”

## “My child needs something interactive.”

Use **Mindfulness Games**.

## “I need a structured evidence-informed overview.”

Use the **Whitepapers**.

## “I want to check the research behind a claim.”

Use the **Research Hub**.

## “I do not understand a term.”

Use the **Glossary**.

## “I want detailed explanation and practical examples.”

Use the **Blog**.

## “I want a simple introductory resource for children.”
