# Measuring Corporate Program Impact

A responsible framework for evaluating wellbeing programs without overstating causation or ROI.

THC's current corporate offering includes pre/post wellbeing measurement and reporting.

Measurement is useful when it helps an organisation understand participation, acceptability, change over time, and where support is still needed.

## Possible measures

* perceived stress
* focus
* emotional regulation
* job satisfaction
* session attendance
* participant feedback
* use of practices
* team communication
* manager observations
* retention of skills over time

## Pre/post data has limits

A change after a program does not automatically prove that the program caused the change.

Other influences may include:

* workload changes
* organisational restructuring
* seasonality
* team leadership
* leave cycles
* concurrent HR initiatives
* changes in staffing

## Better reporting

A responsible report distinguishes:

* participant feedback
* observed change
* survey change
* qualitative themes
* causal conclusions

Do not convert a small internal survey into a clinical or scientific claim.

Measurement should improve decisions, not manufacture impressive numbers.
