# I AM Corporate Cohort

The 6-week I AM Program adapted for teams through live weekly sessions, guided practice, and collective integration.

The Holistic Care currently offers **The I AM Program** as a corporate cohort.

The public format is a **6-week program** with one live 90-minute session each week.

## Current program components

The corporate offering includes:

* live weekly sessions
* a team workbook
* guided audio practices
* pre/post wellbeing measurement
* optional leadership debrief
* participant certificates

## Why a cohort model?

A multi-week format creates time for practice between sessions.

That matters because awareness skills are learned through repetition and reflection, not through exposure to ideas alone.

Teams also develop a shared vocabulary for attention, emotional reactivity, listening, and presence.

## Boundaries

The corporate cohort is an educational and wellbeing program.

It is not group psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or a substitute for employee mental-health services.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.theholisticcare.com/knowledge/corporate-wellness/i-am-corporate-cohort.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
