# Half-Day Mindfulness Workshop

A focused 4-hour corporate format combining stress education, guided practice, communication, and a personal toolkit.

The current THC corporate offering includes a **half-day mindfulness workshop** designed as a focused introduction for workplace teams.

The public program describes a 4-hour format for groups typically in the range of 10 to 50 participants.

## Typical elements

* guided meditation and breath practices
* understanding the stress response
* mindfulness in meetings and communication
* practical techniques that can be used immediately
* a personal practice toolkit
* post-workshop resources

## Best use

A half-day format is useful when an organisation wants a substantive introduction without committing immediately to a multi-week program.

It should not be positioned as complete culture transformation.

A workshop can introduce shared language and skills. Sustainable change still depends on leadership behaviour, workload, psychological safety, follow-up, and the surrounding work environment.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.theholisticcare.com/knowledge/corporate-wellness/half-day-mindfulness-workshop.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
