# Embedded Wellness Program

THC's ongoing partnership model for organisations seeking repeated workshops, guided sessions, leadership support, and measurement.

For organisations that want continuity rather than a one-off event, THC's current public offering includes an **Embedded Wellness Program**.

This is structured as an ongoing partnership rather than a single workshop.

## Current components

The public program describes:

* quarterly full-day workshops
* monthly guided online sessions
* leadership mindfulness coaching
* an annual organisation-wide wellbeing survey
* ongoing curriculum adaptation

## Why continuity matters

A single session may create insight or motivation, but organisational habits are shaped over time.

An embedded model allows:

* repetition
* reinforcement
* adaptation to emerging needs
* leadership follow-through
* longitudinal measurement

## What mindfulness cannot replace

An embedded wellbeing program cannot compensate for chronic understaffing, unsafe conditions, discriminatory culture, unrealistic workload, or poor management.

Individual skills and organisational conditions should be addressed together.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.theholisticcare.com/knowledge/corporate-wellness/embedded-wellness-program.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
