# Schools & Educators Help

Implementation help for schools and educators using mindfulness, preschool, PanchaVikas, and classroom resources from The Holistic Care.

The Holistic Care works with schools through age-appropriate mindfulness sessions, educator support, parent resources, and PanchaVikas, The Holistic Care 5 Elements Framework.

Mindfulness education does not replace therapy, diagnosis, counselling, or safeguarding investigation.

## Before implementation

A school should clarify:

* age groups and class sizes
* session frequency
* facilitator responsibilities
* teacher involvement
* parent communication
* safeguarding procedures
* room and sensory requirements
* permissions for any copyrighted program material

## Preschool settings

Nursery, LKG, and UKG should not receive identical sessions. Themes can be shared, but language, duration, movement, sensory activities, and reflection should progress by developmental stage.
