When contacting support, include enough information to identify the issue without sending sensitive data.

Useful details may include:

* the page, course, or resource name
* the device and browser you are using
* what you expected to happen
* what actually happened
* a screenshot of the error, if relevant
* the email used for a purchase, when account access is involved

Do not send passwords, card numbers, authentication codes, or confidential health information.

## Before contacting support

Check the relevant Help Centre page first. Many course, Stillness Library, download, and access questions can be resolved without sharing account information.
