# Accounts, Payments & Access

Troubleshooting guidance for The Holistic Care course access, purchased resources, payment-related access messages, and account issues.

If you cannot access a purchased course or resource, first check:

Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or payment-card details with support staff.

1. that you are using the same email address used at purchase
2. your purchase confirmation or welcome email
3. spam or promotions folders for access messages
4. whether the resource opens correctly in another browser or private window
5. whether a corporate or school network is blocking media playback

If the issue persists, contact The Holistic Care through the current contact method shown on the main website and include the course/resource name, purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a screenshot of the error if useful.
